Literally. The Inbal Jerusalem Hotel is busy with its third annual soup festival pop-up concept restaurant. From now through April, the satisfying,&nbsp;all you-can-eat soup buffet will be running at the Inbal\u2019s Sophia Cafe. The pop-up is open to the general public as well as to hotel guests, who have the option of charging for meals to their rooms.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The Festival Opening hours are Sunday-Thursday 12:00 noon to 10:00 p.m.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Executive chef Nir Elkayam is credited with the creation of the soup festival. Eklayam&nbsp;inherited a large selection of recipes handed down from his mother and several generations of his family. Among the varieties he has offered in the past are mushroom soup, onion soup and minestrone.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Soups are changed every day and options are available for various garnishes and toppings such as croutons, fresh herbs and cheeses.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u201cChef Nir Elkayam uses the finest and freshest ingredients and brings his own unique vision to his family\u2019s recipes,&#8221; said&nbsp;Rony Timsit, the hotel&#8217;s general manager.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Situated in the heart of Jerusalem, not far from the Old City walls, the hotel is just minutes away from many of the city&#8217;s top cultural and historical sites. Marked by its Jerusalem stone exterior, the 283-room hotel is known as one of the most luxurious lodgings in the area.
