According to estimates from the Central Elections Committee, at least 11.4% of voters had cast ballots as of 1 a.m. CST. That represents a one percent rise in voters from the last four national election campaigns. It is hoped by some that this year&#8217;s election may prove to have the most populous turnout in the nation&#8217;s history. Some 5.65 million voters are eligible to vote for Knesset candidates representing 14 political parties.
