A native of Louisville, KY., he was a graduate of Kentucky Country Day School, before matriculating from Georgetown University\u2019s School of Foreign Service. He came to New Orleans as a student at the Tulane University School of Law.<\/p>\n<p>He was a Renaissance man who believed that there was no skill, trade, or profession that without a willingness to study and try, that he couldn\u2019t or didn\u2019t master. He was a trial lawyer, writer, mentor, mechanic, engineer, plumber, artist, tailor, electrician, programmer, IT guru, carpenter, mason, plane builder, fine furniture maker, and planned to learn to weld for his 55th birthday.<\/p>\n<p>Hart was proud of his service to the community, especially to the board of the Jewish Community Day School (JCRS), and most recently the Jewish Endowment Foundation of Louisiana (JEF). His final act of generosity was to give the gift of life through organ donation. He will always be remembered and loved.<\/p>\n<p>He was the beloved son and is survived by his parents, Karen Baizen Hart and Joseph H.
