Following the war, the couple moved back to New Orleans.<\/p>\n<p>She specialized in commercial real estate and became a top performer for Latter &amp; Blum. She and her husband were well-known as members of Temple sinai. The two enjoyed traveling extensively. She also enjoyed reading and loved to play bridge.<\/p>\n<p>Rosenthal was a member of the New Orleans Section of the National Council of Jewish Women, the Greater New Orleans Chapter of Hadassah and the National WWII Museum.<\/p>\n<p>She was predeceased by her husband, Dr. Melvin Marcus Rosenthal, in 2006.<\/p>\n<p>Pursuant to her wishes, there was no memorial service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.templesinainola.com\/payment.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Temple Sinai<\/a>, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalww2museum.org\/give\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">National WWII Museum<\/a> or the charity of your choice.<\/p>\n<p>Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
