Russ Scalf\/U.S. Air Force photo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cWe have completed our very successful attack on the three Nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan,\u201d Trump&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/truthsocial.com\/@realDonaldTrump\/posts\/114724035571020048\">wrote<\/a>. \u201cAll planes are now outside of Iran air space.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA full payload of bombs was dropped on the primary site, Fordow,\u201d he added. \u201cAll planes are safely on their way home.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fordow was widely regarded as Iran\u2019s best-defended nuclear site, as it was buried hundreds of feet under a mountain. Those protections raised questions about whether Israel was capable of eliminating the site in the absence of a U.S. attack using large bunker buster munitions delivered from American bombers.<\/p>\n<p>Trump also shared a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/truthsocial.com\/@realDonaldTrump\/posts\/114724090246507225\">post<\/a>&nbsp;stating that \u201cFordow is gone.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/netanyahu\/status\/1936600958508618192\">stated<\/a> that \u201cPresident Trump and I often say: \u2018Peace through strength.\u2019 First comes strength, then comes peace.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cTonight, President Trump and the United States acted with a lot of strength,\u201d Netanyahu stated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cToday, President Trump proved that \u2018Never Again\u2019 is not just a slogan,\u201d&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/dannydanon\/status\/1936602169060610366\">stated<\/a>&nbsp;Danny Danon, the Israeli ambassador to the United Nations. \u201cIt\u2019s a policy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2018Historic decision\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a decision that will change Iran, the region and have major implications for America\u2019s position in the world,\u201d&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/JasonMBrodsky\/status\/1936573788721918294\">stated<\/a>&nbsp;Jason Brodsky, policy director of United Against Nuclear Iran. \u201cIt sends a message to China and Russia, reinforces American credibility and bolsters U.S. deterrence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a historic decision by President Trump,\u201d Brosky added. \u201cEvery president since Bill Clinton has said Iran can\u2019t get a nuclear weapon. President Trump is the only one to have authorized military strikes to prevent one.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ali Khamenei, the Iranian regime\u2019s supreme leader, \u201chas always known the United States has the capability to destroy his nuclear program,\u201d Brodsky&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/JasonMBrodsky\/status\/1936581773581787296\">stated<\/a>. \u201cBut he has long doubted the American will to do so after a series of underwhelming and non-responses to Iranian provocations since 1979. The U.S. strikes tonight reset the deterrence equation for America in the Middle East in a big way.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWow. The United States has bombed Iran\u2019s nuclear sites,\u201d stated John Spencer, chair of urban warfare studies at the Modern War Institute at West Point, which is part of the U.S. Military Academy, in New York.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe program is now set back,\u201d Spencer&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SpencerGuard\/status\/1936575152210251970\">stated<\/a>. \u201cNow is the chance for Iran to end the conflict with an agreement to end their nuclear pursuits. President Trump has done what was needed to end the violence.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Many U.S. politicians welcomed the attack.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs I\u2019ve long maintained, this was the correct move by the president,\u201d Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.)&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/SenFettermanPA\/status\/1936577707589935552\">wrote<\/a>. \u201cIran is the world\u2019s leading sponsor of terrorism and cannot have nuclear capabilities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGood. This was the right call,\u201d&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/LindseyGrahamSC\/status\/1936575906455146590\">stated<\/a>&nbsp;Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC.). \u201cThe regime deserves it. Well done, President Trump. To my fellow citizens: We have the best air force in the world. It makes me so proud. Fly, Fight, Win.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Others urged the president to halt strikes on Iran.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTrump\u2019s strikes against Iran are not only unconstitutional but an escalation that risks bringing the U.S. into another endless and deadly war,\u201d&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/RepSaraJacobs\/status\/1936578468206239905\">wrote<\/a>&nbsp;Rep. Sara Jacobs (D-CA.).<\/p>\n<p>Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY.), a libertarian who typically opposes all foreign policy legislation,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/RepThomasMassie\/status\/1936574721312923803\">called<\/a>&nbsp;the attack unconstitutional.<\/p>\n<p>The leaders of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Daroff\/status\/1936607236500971790\">stated<\/a>&nbsp;that \u201cthis decisive action represents a critical and justified step to confront the existential threat posed by the Islamic Republic of Iran\u2019s pursuit of nuclear weapons.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThese defensive strikes, executed with precision and purpose, reflect the seriousness of the threat and the necessity of preventing Iran from reaching a nuclear threshold,\u201d the umbrella group\u2019s chair and CEO said. \u201cWe commend the United States for its leadership at this historic moment. We commend President Trump in particular for his clear-eyed recognition of the danger and for taking bold, preventative steps that may reshape the strategic landscape for generations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The leader also said that they are \u201cdeeply concerned about the potential for Iranian-inspired retaliation, both in the region against U.S. forces and allies, and globally against Jewish communities and institutions.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe urge heightened vigilance, coordination with security authorities and proactive measures to protect Jewish life and property around the world,\u201d they said.<\/p>\n<p>The Jewish Federations of North America applauded \u201cthe decisive and historic action taken to dismantle Iran\u2019s key nuclear facilities, including the critical site at Fordow.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe thank President Trump and the brave women and men of the United States Armed Forces for this historic action,\u201d the Federation said. \u201cWe could not be prouder to have the United States join together with the State of Israel in defense of the free world.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are actively coordinating with partners across government and civil society to ensure our communities remain vigilant, prepared and protected at this critical time,\u201d the Federation said.<\/p>\n<p>The Republican Jewish Coalition applauded what its CEO Matt Brooks said was Trump\u2019s \u201ctaking historic, decisive action to prevent the terrorist regime in Iran from having a nuclear weapon.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cToday\u2019s successful, targeted military action proves once again that nobody has been tougher on Tehran, or a better friend to Israel, than President Trump,\u201d Brooks said. \u201cTonight will go down in the history books as one of the most consequential orders ever given by a U.S. president.
