(Photo by Alan Smason)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The traditional event will be even more chilly than anticipated due to the arrival of a cold front that will have temperatures plummeting to near freezing overnight on the South Shore and a hard freeze on the North Shore.<\/p>\n<p>The Uptown Jewish Community Center is hosting its community celebration with the Miami Boys Choir tomorow night beginning at 5:30 p.m. . That event will feature free latkes with traditional dressings of apple sauce, chocolate coins (&#8220;gelt&#8221;) and dreidels.
