Frances Ellis Singerman rites set for Tuesday

Frances Ellis Singerman died on Friday night in Chicago. Her funeral service will take place today at 10:00 a.m. at Shir Chadash Conservative Congregation, 3737 West Esplanade Avenue in Metairie. Internment will follow immediately at Tikvat Shalom Cemetery located in Jefferson Memorial Gardesn in St. Rose.
