Homemaker Roberta ‘Bobbie’ Yuspeh dies at 91
ROBERTA “BOBBIE” COOPER YUSPEH, passed away peacefully just days after her 91st birthday.
A native of Asheville, North Carolina, she attended Women’s College in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she would listen to live broadcasts emanating from the Blue Room of the Roosevelt Hotel in New Orleans. She loved New Orleans, especially following the Saints football team. Yuspeh played cards every Thursday with the same group of friends for over 50 years. A family-centered woman, she was always there for her family members and constantly devoted to them.
Predeceased by her husband Charlie, she is survived by her two daughters, Julie Benson (David) and Joel Ashner (Dub), her six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
