Melton “tastes” to be offered in August
Florence Melton Adult Mini-School director Debbie Pesses has announced two “tastes of Melton” to be held in August. The all-inclusive Melton school is a two-year opportunity for adult Jewish learning taught by rabbis and educators from the local community. Each “taste of Melton” is designed to introduce interested persons to the Melton core curriculum. The first “taste” will be held on Tuesday, August 14 at the Goldring-Woldenberg JCC campus in Metairie at 7 p.m. An as yet to be determined Melton staff member will teach the “Purposes” course.
