Shir Chadash, Hadassah cook up new cooking series via Zoom

Shir Chadash Sisterhood and Hadassah New Orleans present a new, weekly culinary series, Good Lookin’ Cookin’ via Zoom. Each session will be approximately an hour long and will be held on Tuesday mornings at 10:00 a.m. beginning on November 17, 2020.
Benay Bernstein will be the first Chef du Jour. She will demonstrate three dishes: Chicken Cacciatore with Spaghetti, Eggplant Rounds, and Grilled Orange Circles with Cinnamon. Ingredient lists will be e-mailed several days in advance so each participant will be able to purchase the ingredients to prepare the dishes in real time. Voila! Tuesday’s tasty dinner will be prepared and ready to be eaten!
