Neff, a partner with the firm of Sessions, Fishman, Nathan & Israel, LLC,  was selected to receive the award because of her involvement in the local Jewish community and especially her work with AVODAH, since its inception here in 2007. Marilyn Sniderman, AVODAH’s Executive Director was on hand to congratulate Neff, who has just completed her four-year term as the local chapter’s Advisory Council chair. Following late morning cocktails and brunch by Hillel’s Kitchen with music provided by Picnic, event chair Karen Weissbecker Remer presented Neff with the Partner in Justice Award. The award is a large painting bearing the phrase “Justice, Justice, You Shall Pursue,” which comes from Shoftim (Deuteronomy) 16:20.
