GatesFest After Dark: All Shuk Up! running tonight

Congregation Gates of Prayer will hold its annual fundraiser and musical event, GatesFest, tonight.

The theme of this year’s event is to assemble a shuk, similar to what exists in Jerusalem. The shuk at GatesFest will open through the night.

Among the many musical offerings at the event, the Brasswhearts Brass Band, Funk Monkey and Flow Trip will all be supplying live music.. The festival will also showcase food, drink and arts from across the Greater New Orleans area.
