Housewife Roberta Ratner Carr laid to rest

ROBERTA RATNER CARR, a housewife and mother, passed away on Sunday, July 19, following a protracted battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. She was 81.

At the time of her death, Carr was a member of Touro Synagogue, but had not been active for some time.

A service was held on Wednesday, July 22 at Lake Lawn Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Boulevard in Metairie.

She is survived by her husband,  Gerald Stanley Carr; her children Heidi L. Carr and Randy Carr (Lisa); four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
