Jewelry salesman Ben Kresteel is buried in Hattiesburg, MS

BEN KRESTEEL, a jewelry salesman associated with Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry and Zales Jewelers, died on Wednesday, July 30. He was 80.

Kresteel grew up in Hattiesburg, MS and graduated from Hattiesburg High School. He later attended the University of Southern Mississippi, where he majored in theatre arts and drama, and graduated in 1969. He later moved to New Orleans.

He served as a manager and a district manager at Zales Jewelers, where he was employed for more than two decades. In more recent years, he enjoyed a jewelry sales career at Lee Michaels Fine Jewelry.

Kresteel was buried in a graveside service today, July 7, 2024, in Hattiesburg, MS. Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
