Roberta Deutch of Harry’s Ace Hardware is laid to rest

ROBERTA LYNN WINSTON DEUTCH, an insurance administrator and rental property manager associated with her family’s Harry’s Ace Hardware business, passed away on March 22, 2020. She was 74.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, she moved to New Orleans with her family and was a graduate of Alcee Fortier Senior High School. Deutch continued her studies at LSU.

She is survived by her husband Philip Deutch; her children Jennifer and Charles Deutch and two granddaughters.

A private graveside service took place today, Friday, March 27, at at Hebrew Rest Cemetery #3 officiated by Rabbi Katie Bauman. 

A visitation for family and friends to share memories will be scheduled at a later date.
