Visual arts painter Debbie Vorhoff to be laid to rest on Wed.

DEBORAH RAVICH VORHOFF, a visual arts painter and homemaker, died Monday, March 12, 2018 at her home. She was 65 years old.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Dr. Gregory Vorhoff; her mother, Elaine Dworkin Ravich; her four siblings Evan, Jess, Rand and Samantha; her daughter Ariel Merritt (Christopher); her sons Max (Lorena), Harry (Sophia) and Jed; and three grandchildren.  

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association in her name.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. in Hebrew Rest Cemetery No. 3, 2100 Frenchmen Street at Pelopidas. Touro Synagogue Senior Rabbi Alexis Berk officiated.

Tharp-Sontheimer-Tharp Funeral Home of Metairie was in charge of arrangements.
