Edwin Bobrycki, father of Jeanne Smolkin, passes in NY

EDWIN BOBRYCKI, a retired worker who was employed by Carrier Corporation for nearly four decades, and the father of Temple Sinai member Jeanne Smolkin, died on Saturday, January 19, in hospital with his family by his side.

A retiree in 1984, Bobrycki was a veteran of the U. S. Army and was predeceased by his wife, Linda 12 years ago. In addition to Smolkin, Bobrycki is survived by three other daughters  Marcia Prignon, Julie MacArthur and Rita Werdan; two sons, Mark Bobrycki and Erick Bobrycki; 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, January 23, followed by interment in Dewitt, NY.
