Homemaker Eileen Pulitzer Latter dies at 66

EILEEN PULITZER LATTER died peacefully at her New Orleans residence on Tuesday, July 1, 2014, following the prolonged effects of a stroke she suffered several months ago. She was 66.

A native New Orleanian, she graduated from Ridgewood School in 1965 and was a homemaker and mother.

She is survived by her husband of many years, Stanford Latter; daughters Lisa and Cindy Latter; a brother, Simon Pulitzer; a brother-in-law, Gerald (Libby) Latter of New York; a sister-in-law Ann (Martin) Light of Nashville; and a grandson.

Graveside services were held on Thursday, July 3 at Metairie Cemetery with Rabbi Robert Loewy officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Congregation Gates of Prayer, 4000 W.
