JCRS holding second “Hanukkah Wrap-a-thon” this Sunday

The Jewish Children’s Regional Service (JCRS) is doing it all over again this Sunday as it presents “Hanukkah Wrap-a-Thon #2” at Congregation Gates of Prayer, 4000 W. Esplanade Ave. from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Wrappers are encouraged to help wrap gifts to deserving children residing in the eight-state service area of the JCRS.

In many cases, the gifts received by the children are the only ones they will receive during the Chanukah celebration.

All wrapping materials will be provided by JCRS. In addition, students seeking community service hours will have them certified on site.
