Rabbi Silver welcome dinner set for Aug. 5

Rabbi Deborah Silver, the incoming rabbi at Shir Chadash Conservative Congregation, will be honored next Shabbat with a Shabbat dinner and Kiddush at the synagogue next Friday, August 5, beginning at 6:15 p.m.

Tickets, which range in price from $12.00 for adults to $4.00 for children are also being sold by the congregation as a maximum tab of $40 per family.

The deadline for reservations was established as 5:00 p.m. today. However, for more information, call the synagogue as soon as time permits to see is any space is still available.
