Super Sunday campaign for Federation ends

Volunteers manned phone banks at the Goldring-Woldenberg Jewish Community Campus Sunday morning and afternoon, Feb. 5,  as they solicited donations to the annual Jewish Federation of Greater New Orleans campaign.

“Super Sunday” ran from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and is the largest effort on one single day to get commitments to the campaign that raises monies for Federation and its constituent organizations and agencies.

This year, volunteers were urged to dress in New Orleans Pelicans colors to reinforce their connection to New Orleans and the larger community in general.
