Getting ‘buggy’ with it – GOP Nursery School fundraiser this Sunday

Gates of Prayer Nursery School will be holding its annual school fair and fundraiser this Sunday, April 21. A brunch will be provided by school administrator Melanie Blitz from 11:00 a.m – 1:00 p.m. as well as a family fun fair that starts at 12 noon and runs until 3:00 p.m.

A raffle for a $1,000 gift card to the Apple Store will be held throughout the event and other great prizes will be available at the silent auction. Items being offered at this year’s auction include a collection of art works, considered the the largest ever offered at this event, as well as a 16GB iPad Mini, over 20 hand-crafted porcelain dolls, and a seven-night stay at the Coral Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. Over 100 gift certificates to local restaurants and are businesses are up for grabs.

Tickets for the brunch are $20.00 in advance, but $25.00 at the door and include the cost for the fair. Children are $10.00 each, while children under the age of five are free.

For those who elect not to attend the brunch, the fair is free to all nursery school children, but will cost $8.00 for each ticket or four tickets for $20.00. Raffle tickets are selling at various prices, depending on volume purchased: one for $3.00, three for $10.00 and ten for $20.00.
